Admission Process
Welcome to Tirang International School
At Tirang International School, we are committed to providing quality education in a nurturing and student-friendly environment. Admissions are open for Nursery to Class XI. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to help parents and students make a smooth transition into the school.
Admission Procedure
Step 1: Enquiry
Parents may visit the school campus or contact the Admission Office to obtain information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission guidelines.
Step 2: Registration
Complete the Admission Registration Form and submit it along with the required documents. Registration does not guarantee admission and is subject to the availability of seats.
Step 3: Entrance Assessment
* Nursery to Class II: Informal interaction with the child and parents.
* Classes III to IX & XI: Students are required to appear for a written entrance assessment in English, Mathematics, and Science (where applicable), followed by an interaction with the Principal/Admission Committee.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed after:
* Successful completion of the admission process.
* Verification of all required documents.
* Payment of the prescribed admission fee and other applicable charges.
Step 5: Orientation & Follow-up
After admission is confirmed, parents receive:
* Confirmation of admission.
* Information regarding books, uniforms, transport (if applicable), and school rules.
* Orientation details to help students and parents become familiar with the school’s academic system and policies.
* Continuous follow-up and support from the Admission Office until the student joins classes.
Documents Required (As per CBSE Norms)
Parents are requested to submit self-attested photocopies along with the originals for verification.
* Birth Certificate (for Nursery and new admissions)
* Aadhaar Card of the student (if available)
* Aadhaar Card of both parents/guardians
* Recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents
* Residence/Address Proof
* Previous class Report Card/Mark Sheet
* Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (where applicable)
* Migration Certificate (for students coming from another Board, if applicable)
* Character Certificate (where applicable)
* Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
* Any other documents required as per CBSE guidelines or school policy
Important Information
* Admission is granted strictly on the basis of eligibility, entrance assessment (where applicable), interaction, availability of seats, and verification of documents.
* All information provided by parents must be accurate. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of admission.
* The school reserves the right to accept or decline admission in accordance with its policies and CBSE regulations.
* Parents are advised to complete all admission formalities within the prescribed timeline.
